We had 9 on 9 last night. Teams were pretty even
but white had the advantage and scored more. It was Lucy's last night,
she leaving us to go out west.
Monday, December 26, at 7:30 pm

The seven black started off
strong and took a early lead, but the seven
white took back the lead after black went down to six players.
Dougie did a great job in the white’s net
after being asked to be a last minute fill in.
Thursday, December 29 at 9:00 pm

The 12 white dominated the
12 black. The score must have been 55 to about 5 and Mike was
pretty tired after the shelling tonight.

March 2005 (Last Month of the Season)
Thursday 03/03/05 at 9:00 pm
Each team had 11 aside for
tonight's action. Erin came out of retirement and did a fine job in
goal. In the end Black prevailed slightly even with the white
having all the young legs again.
Monday 03/07/05 at 9:15 pm
The full tournament team of
15 was out except one player so lucky Luc had to fill in. The world
had 11 and they held tough with the mix of young legs and rookies.
In the end the red machine had a two or three goal advantage.
Wednesday 03/09/05 at 8:30 pm
Exhibition game at the Ice
Hawks against the Grand Masters tournament team. We played to a 6
all tie and the the boys in white played a good
clean game except one jerk on defense who was slashing and cross
checking. Everyone enjoyed themselves and thank you to the Grand
Masters for the invite.
Thursday 03/10/05 at 9:00 pm
The red machine was too
tired and wanted to save their legs for the big weekend tournament.
We split up 10 aside and it was fairly even for the night.
Monday 03/14/05 at 9:15 pm
It was the 12 white defeating
the 13 black quite easily. It was a mix of young and old on both
sides.
Thursday 03/17/05 at 9:00 pm
Six skaters aside due to the
red machine playing in Marshfield. Played most of the night 4 aside to try and
save their legs.
Monday 03/21/05 at 9:15 pm
Nine on the black and nine
on the white. Tournament guys were tired but showed up because they
knew the season was almost done.
Thursday 03/24/05 at 9:00 pm
The black had 13 and the
white had 12. White pretty well kicked butt all night. Some
adjustments were made but it still was a night of the black chasing the
white in their zone.
Monday 03/28/05 at 9:15 pm
Need to get update from
Kraig or Wally on what happened on the last night.
February 2005
Thursday 02/03/05 at 9:00 pm
There was
9 on the tournament team and the world had 10 players with 3 from the
tournament team. Only two more practices until tournament in Manitowoc. After tournament
weekend we will go back to the traditional black vs.white. We have to thank the world for their
patience through our tournament preparation.
Monday 02/07/05 at 9:15 pm
9 red had the upper hand
against the 8 world. 22 and 28 for the red were clicking all night.
Thursday 02/10/05 at 9:00 pm
10 red were using this as
the final tune up for the tournament. The 11 world had the youth
but lack the team play and struggled against the red machine. A
certain player on the world was ornery all night and would not come to
the board meeting.
Monday 02/14/05 at 9:15 pm
There were 9 white and 10
black and everyone was tired from this weekend's tournament. It
went to overtime but no team was able to score before the final
buzzer. Only one trip to the emergency room, for a cut lip suffered
in warm up.
Thursday 02/17/05 at 9:00 pm
The 7 black played to a tie
with the 6 white. Due to the shallow benches back checking was not abundant. It was good to see Mike back in net again.
Monday 02/21/05 at 9:15 pm
Official word was there was 9 white and the 9 black.
The opinion from 51 was that the white whipped the black. 51 also
commented that 10 was not impressed how the
teams were divided up.
Thursday 02/24/05 at 9:00 pm
The 9 black had the upper
hand, but as soon as the 9 white got behind 4 was making trades to even
things up. After the unauthorized exchange the scoring went back
and forth pretty good. Looks like it is going to be black vs. white
for one more week then back to the Red Machine in preparation for the
Point tourney on the 11th of March.
Monday 02/28/05 at 9:15 pm
The 10 white pretty had the
younger legs and prevailed over the 11 black. Some adjustments were
made to try and even up the sides.
January 2005
Monday 01/03/05 at 9:15 pm
13 black controlled a good
part of the game and the 13 white were a better looking bunch of
guys. It was a good pace all night and everyone were
changing the lines well. Lucky Luc was back from college for the
week.
Thursday 01/06/05 at 9:00 pm
The 6 black had the upper
hand against the 5 1/4 white. The Heckmaster
had to let cooler heads prevail when he had to step in and play the
zebra. Jeff S was enjoying what the fans were hanging over the
glass tonight.
Monday 01/10/05 at 9:15 pm
The 9 black out gunned the
10 white tonight. Red Shirt Guy finally got out to
strut his stuff. The pace was high and it was good and clean with no young guns flying off the handle.
Thursday 01/13/05 at 9:00 pm
The 6 black and the 6 white
were dead tired even the goalies had an off night. Mark B is off to
California and will not be back until the 27th of February.
Monday 01/17/05 at 9:15 pm
It was 11 aside with the
black having the younger legs and a slight lead in scores. Only one
injury to report but the team surgeon determined that no sutures were
needed. Lucy was back between the pipes after her study break.
Thursday 01/20/05 at 9:00 pm
9 people wore the official
uniforms tonight and they prevailed over
the 10 white. One of the younger white players was used by the red
machine as a human pinball. Many pictures were taken of the new jerseys at the board meeting.t
Monday 01/24/05 at 9:15 pm
13 were on the tournament
team tonight and 12 suited up for the world. The younger legs were
no match for the experienced play of the older veterans. Finally
coming off of his hold out, Scott C showed to start preparing for
tournament play. Big Mike got quite a work out in net for the world
tonight.
Thursday 01/27/05 at 9:00 pm
8 red outscored the 9 world
players tonight. The young gun was mixing it up with 10 in the
corner. It was the premier of some talent from the Rapids farm
system. The red is starting to look a lot better on defense.
Monday 01/31/05 at 9:15 pm
10 on the red machine
tonight and there was 9 on the world bench. Mike was hot in net
tonight but was not enough in the end. Once again we had #4 being a
traitor and her tried to wimp out of his fine by saying
he had his red shirt underneath. Next
board meeting the motion will be carried that fines will be final.

December 2004
Monday 12/20/04 at 9:15 pm
The 10 black had the upper
hand tonight but the 10 white had their moments. Both goalie's
had strong efforts tonight.
Thursday 12/23/04 at 9:00 pm
The 7 white started to form
the tournament team tonight. The youth of the 6 black were very
strong and they controlled the game in the second half.
Monday 12/27/04 at 9:15 pm
There was 9 black and 9 white,
but there was only 6 guys over 35 years of age. It was a young
crowd tonight but both sides were pretty even.
Thursday 12/30/04 at 9:00 pm
11 white had 7 from the
tournament team and the 11 black had only 2 from the tournament
team. It was pretty lopsided for the white tonight. Ryan A was finally out tonight and he was scoring
goals and staying out of the penalty box.
Had a board meeting at Archie's after the
game and Sandy (our graphic artist) unveiled the new classics logo.

Monday 10/04/04
The 7 black had the upper hand
tonight over the 7 white. The white tried to make a late come back but Lucy
was just too hot with the glove.
Thursday 10/07/04
The 10 black took off to a 4 goal lead and never looked
back. The 9 white tried to get even at the end with the missiles
coming in from center ice. It was a good pace all night.
Monday 10/11/04
Tough slugging tonight,we had only 5 skaters
on each side and only one goalie. Thanks to the guys the showed up,
the Packers really stunk.
Thursday 10/14/04
8 skaters on each side and
both goalies faced a boat load of shots. Good
warm up for the Green
Bay tournament
this weekend.
Monday 10/18/04
Found out that they had seven
aside and that it was pretty even.
Thursday 10/21/04

Pre Season

Thursday, September 02 at 9:00 pm CANCELED
Thursday, September 09 at 9:00 pm
It was pretty even for the
first half of the game tonight. But in the end the 8 white pulled
ahead of the 8 black tonight. It was a great first night and we even
had 3 goalies.
Thursday, September 16 at 9:00 pm
Again it was even for the
first half, but then the 11 white pulled away from the 10 black. Both
Lucy and Mike were hot in goal tonight.
Thursday, September 23 at 9:00 pm
Tonight the 11 White and the
11 Black played to a draw. We had 3
goalies and even had an international player
on the bench scouting for Finland. I do not think he was signing anyone to Finnish
contracts.
Tuesday, September 28 at 9:00 pm
It looks like the 10 black had
the edge on the 9 white tonight. This is the first time this year
that the black have come out on top.
Thursday, September 30 at 9:00 pm
Well the pre season ended with
11 on black and 10 on white. I think the score was fairly close with
the white edging out the black. Everyone was saving their energy for
the tournament this weekend.
We will be playing for 1 hour
and it is going to cost $6.00 per night.
Nights of Hockey at the Willett Arena
Monday,
June 14 at 10:15 pm
- White with a turn out of 12 and more young blood out scored the 11 on the
black.
Thursday,
June 17 at 9:15 pm
- The 9 of white controlled the action right from the drop of the
puck, but the 8 from the black vowed it would be different on Saturday, for
the much anticipated game 3 of the series.

Saturday, June19 at 6:30 pm - Sponsored by Kevin F .
- Saturday night at the Willett was the closest
battle yet in the Summer Summit Series between 8 black and 7
White. It was a night of two great come backs by the Black and it even had a good old fight by each
team's feisty players. Thanks to the league commissioner being
on hand the game was quickly brought under control. In the end the
White prevailed with the go ahead goal in the last 5 minutes of the game.
Monday,
June 21 at 7:30 pm
- Another spanking by the 8 White against the 9 Black. The White were stacked with a couple of imports from
Tomahawk. It is a guarantee that the Black will be victorious on
Wednesday.
Wednesday, June 23 at 7:30 pm - Well is was a wrap
tonight and it looks like the 11 White outscored the 10 Black. Overall is was a fun summer season and everyone enjoyed them
selves. See you all in August looks
like we may try and get some ice at the Ice Hawks Arena.
